Our project team will take part in the upcoming Malta Teaching Festival, an event dedicated to celebrating creative, research‑based and future‑focused teaching. The festival will gather educators, researchers and learning designers from Malta to explore new pedagogical ideas and discover practical tools that support high‑quality teaching.

Throughout the event, participants will join interactive workshops, hands‑on demonstrations and expert‑led sessions focusing on active learning, digital tools and evidence‑informed teaching practices. The programme is designed to inspire educators and offer concrete methods that can be applied in everyday classroom work.

For our project, the Malta Teaching Festival provides an excellent opportunity to connect with international colleagues, exchange experiences and bring fresh insights into the development work ahead. The ideas and collaborations formed during the event will support the project’s goals and strengthen cross‑border cooperation.

The Malta Teaching Festival is organised as part of the EU‑funded Building Bridges in Education: Pedagogy in Action in Malta project, a collaboration between ETE Academy in Malta and LessonApp in Finland. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries by developing innovative, research‑informed teaching practices and creating shared learning opportunities for educators. Through activities such as the Malta Teaching Festival, the project supports the exchange of ideas, the development of practical teaching tools and the long‑term professional growth of teachers in both partner countries.
