The UN's Sustainable Development Goals are a part of our values and goals.
According to the UN, "education is the key that will allow many other Sustainable Development Goals to be achieved". During this era of unlimited flow of information and efficient communication technology, we feel it is fundamentally unfair that every teacher around the world does not have access to basic pedagogical knowledge and tools. Through sharing our knowledge to improve the accessibility and quality of education, we want to be a part of achieving these goals.
We care deeply about our impact on the world and follow environmental practices to help us lower our environmental footprint. “If left unchecked, climate change will undo a lot of the development progress made over the past years,” the UN writes. When there’s so much to do, we cannot afford to take steps back.

What do we do to achieve these goals?
LessonApp Basic is free to use for anyone anywhere. Our app has always included a free version, so any teacher could start improving their lessons without a financial barrier. No matter the teacher’s previous education, we hope to show them something new and inspiring.
As long as a teacher has access to an internet connection and a web browser, LessonApp can be used. Our vast number of teaching methods support various learning styles and students with different learning strategies. These methods are designed to use in many different environments and most can be used without need for physical materials.

LessonApp is built on modern, research-based pedagogy, and is not tied to a specific curriculum. Therefore, LessonApp can be useful for teachers everywhere. With digital material, no physical waste is created and no travel is needed for teachers to gain professional insights and improve their skills, including developing their lesson planning and class preparation.
